When leadership asks who's ready,
have an answer
A 1-to-10 score per person, where 10 is what their role demands. And the detail of what they're missing to get there.
How the Readiness Dashboard Works
Hypsen's dashboard shows each employee's readiness as a score from 1 to 10, where 10 represents the optimal expected performance for their role. It's built automatically from what the platform records during use: the skills map from the diagnostic, the result of each assessment, and the questions asked to the tutor. It includes per-program statistics, an AI-generated report for the instructor and administrator, and Excel export.
A progress percentage doesn't answer any useful question
Traditional training reports say who enrolled, who completed the module, and who passed the exam.
None of them answers the only question that matters in operations: can this person do their job today?
And when leadership asks you to justify the budget, a report of hours delivered and attendance isn't an argument. It's an activity log.
1 to 10, against what the role demands
The 10 isn't an abstract perfect grade. It's the optimal performance defined for that role in your company.
Each person's score is compared against that 10, and the distance between them is their real gap. That turns a subjective question — are they ready? — into a number you can compare across people, departments and locations.
"That's what's useful for deciding. An average tells you whether someone is roughly okay; the detail tells you what to reinforce on Monday."
Three questions answered at a glance
Nothing to fill in by hand
The dashboard is built automatically from what the platform records while it's being used. Nobody enters data. The record fills itself.
What your people ask tells you where to reinforce
Tutor queries are logged with their content, who asked, and how often. The three most repeated questions of the month are the best gap diagnostic that exists, and in most companies they're lost in a group chat.
The most honest data your team will have
Almost all training assessment happens the same day training ends. That day the content is fresh, the person just reviewed it, and the results look good. It's the worst possible moment to measure whether anything was learned.
With Hypsen, HR or the instructor can schedule a new assessment weeks later. Comparing it against the first shows who retained and who memorized for the test — and it shows it right when the person is already operating.
💡 HIGH-TURNOVER USE CASE:
Spotting who is slipping before it shows up in the month's results. By the time the drop reaches sales, the month is already lost.
