A tutor that explains,
not one that reads the slide
The classroom is a real class: you can raise your hand mid-explanation, ask for it another way, and pick up where you left off. And the tutor stays available when you leave the classroom.
How Virtual Classroom & 24/7 Tutor Work
Hypsen's virtual classroom delivers the class with voice synchronized to the material, and the employee can interrupt to ask a question and get an answer in under a second and a half without cutting the session. The tutor has a name, voice and personality the company configures, explains the content rather than reading it, and stays available outside the classroom to answer questions using the uploaded documents.
Video doesn't answer questions
Recording courses on video solved a real problem: scaling training without repeating the same session a hundred times.
But it introduced another one. Video is a one-way transmission. When an employee doesn't understand something, their options are to rewind and hear exactly the same thing again, or move on without having understood. Most choose the second.
And recording carries its own cost: script, production, editing. All of it obsolete the moment a product or a policy changes.
That's why it feels like talking to a person
⚡ Above that threshold the conversation breaks. And when it breaks, people stop asking — which is exactly what you were trying to enable.
A class, not a playback
Designed so learning happens at the exact moment the doubt appears.
The question gets answered in the moment, not in the group chat
The tutor stays available in separate sessions, by voice or by chat. The scene it solves repeats in any operation: the employee is in front of the customer, gets asked something they can't answer, messages the group chat, and someone replies in ten minutes, in an hour, or the next day. By then the conversation is over.
Three costs nobody measures:
- • The answer depends on who happens to be available, not on what the manual says. Two employees can get different versions of the same thing.
- • Nobody knows how many times the same question was asked, so nobody fixes the cause.
- • And new hires often won't ask in front of the team out of embarrassment. They'd rather improvise.
The tutor doesn't make things up
Answers come from the documents you uploaded. When something isn't in your material, the tutor draws on reliable sources rather than improvising an answer.
That matters when your procedures, prices or policies are your own: an invented answer about what a service includes becomes a promise the company then has to honor.
⚡ And it stays current. You upload the new version of a document and the tutor answers with that version from then on. Nothing to reconfigure.
You define how it teaches
The company sets the name, voice, personality and avatar. There can be several tutors: one for the commercial program and another for the technical one, with a different tone if that makes sense in your operation.
