What is the Hypsen Certified Partner Program?
Hypsen's Certified Partner Program is aimed at independent consultants and training firms in Mexico and Latin America. The partner keeps 100% of their professional fees for diagnosis, program design and consulting, and additionally receives a recurring monthly commission on the platform subscription of each account they manage. Certification consists of a 60-minute session assessed inside the platform itself.
Your income is capped by how many days you can work
If you bill by the day or by the session, your ceiling is arithmetic: available days multiplied by your rate. You can raise the rate, but you can't multiply the days.
And part of your work consumes those days without justifying your rate: repeating the same induction workshop four times a year, following up with whoever joined after the session, and answering the same questions over and over by text. That's the part Hypsen absorbs.
Your fees stay 100% yours
The commission is an additional layer stacked on top of what you already charge. Hypsen takes no part of your professional fees.
15% recurring for as long as you manage the account
With five managed Prime accounts: $1,125 USD per month of recurring income, on top of your project and consulting fees with those same clients.
• Commission is paid for as long as you actively manage the account.
• It also applies to the net of plan expansions.
• The Pro plan, being self-service, generates no commission.

What being a Certified Partner includes
Commercial tools, founder support, and official accreditation to scale your consulting practice.
What we expect from you

This isn't an affiliate program where you share a link. It's a program for consultants who will integrate Hypsen into their practice and hold the client relationship.
Program rules
First to register wins.
No commission on accounts already in Hypsen's pipeline at the time of registration. This is verified and communicated when you register.
Commission is clawed back if the client cancels within the first 90 days.
The partner account is for demos, learning and your own content. Not for serving end clients; each client contracts their own plan.
Hypsen doesn't issue Mexican DC-3 certificates. Official validity with Mexico's labor authority comes from your registration as an external training agent.
Your training agent registration is an asset Hypsen doesn't have
Hypsen delivers performance evidence, not certificates with official validity. You, as a registered external training agent, can issue the official certificate.
That means the combination covers something neither party covers alone: formal compliance plus real evidence of readiness.
For a client, that's a concrete difference from a software vendor who can only offer the second, or a consultant who can only offer the first.
