The difference between a live class and video playback is latency. Hypsen streams audio with low conversational latency, allowing employees to hold the talk button mid-explanation, ask questions, and receive immediate answers without cutting the session.

This enables what video cannot: asking at the exact moment doubt arises, when learning actually occurs. With video, options are rewinding to hear the same sentence or giving up.
